Laptop Sold Registered to Someone Else and Cash Refund Denied

I was very dissatisfied with Best Buy service. This is being very nice I can use some other words. They customer service was lousy and I went to four different Best Buys. I purchase a laptop that was broke and was registered in someone else name. I went to the store knowone act like they didn't know what I was saying. I returned the laptop after two days. I purchase this laptop with cash and when I returned it they wouldn't give me cash back I had to wait a couple of weeks for a check. I'm very mad at this time for the horrible service and will be contacting the BBB. I promise I or anyone in my family will never purchase anything from Best Buy ever!!!
