BestBuy laptop - ACER LAPTOP

I was very dissatified with best buy service. This is being very nice i can use some other words. They customer service was lousy and i went to four different best buys. I purchase a laptop that was broke and was registered in someone else name. I went to the store knowone act like they didnt know what i was saying. I returned the laptop after two days. I purchase this laptop with cash and when i returned it they wouldnt give me cash back i had to wait a couple of weeks for a check. Im very mad at this time for the horrible service and will be contacting the bbb. I promise i or anyone in my family will never purchase anything from best buy ever!!!
