Efused to refund on a GPS that didn't work

I've a TomTom VIA 1435 that does not function and TomTom will not return my income. I purchased the system from BestBuy. The system didn't have many new streets in Tx as well as explained I had been touring West after I was going East. After I attempted to revise online the TomTom technology people decided my device was poor plus they delivered me an upgraded. (I'd to pay for to ship the initial back again to them). The alternative has got the same issue also it works out to become the upgrading website is along plus they accepted it'd been along for 2 months (that will also imply my first device is most likely okay). By this time around I didnot need the awful thing-but TomTom declined to return my cash... And... BetBuy cannot get it done possibly since the alternative device didnot originate from their inventory and the bar-code wont work with them. Therefore, I am caught having a $200 system that I cannot use. Do you consider I Will say good reasons for TomTom?
