Waranty Inspection time

I purchased a Prolite vertical nearly 5 years back. About thirty days before I had been significant and also the bottom part of the brush actually exploded. The brush includes a 5-year waranty about the engine and ten years about the engine housing. I waited per week to get a return authorization. Another wekk for Bissell to get the machine. It's now been over per week given that they obtained the machine. Named Bissell plus they have not actually looked over the failed device. I've not washed my rugs for 1 montrh today plus they are filthy. Personally I think it's obtained Bissell to lengthy to correct or change the system. They no further produce this design. And so the issue must have been resolved.
