In June I purchased a Cool Surge Air Conditioner. From the start it did not work at all. The heaer part of it however worked quite well it had a dual function. I plugged it in at my place of work and the heater part was shut also.
Yesterday I saw and announcement by Consumer Reports that the machine was a complete failure and a joke to be sold at 300 dollars.
I called the company and said I kept it for the heater but they said the 30 day limit was exhausted and I could bnot be reimbursed.
