Had a 60 dollar order, it has been 3 weeks and their website still says processing

I ordered a 60 dollar order on may 30th and their website still says processing i have tried emailing and there have been no responses i also tried calling a phone number that was on another consumer complaints for NWGA but there was no answer and no reply to my messages
