Scam, horrible service, incompitant, and dont make the mistake i did! Internet

I saw everywhere smoking in a mall from one of there distributors and I wanted to know more. I should have known something was off about this company by their distributors the gentleman ignored me because I was 19 and i guess I didn't look like I had the money so he refused to help me. I got the number off the side of his cart and called the company because I had been smoking for some time now and i really need to kick the habit. I called about their promotional cigarette and they said i could have it for 60 dollars which is "a lowered rate" because i have had problems. Well I like a fool paid for the product and waiting for the mail. I waited 2 weeks and never received my purchase. I called and asked where it was. They said it was returned due to a bad address, yet the gentleman even read my information back to me correctly. They told me when they got my order back and I did the math and they had it for 5 days and didn't even call me to let me know where it was or what was going on. I demanded a refund and they said that it clearly states on our website no refunds, yet the first woman i spoke to before the manager told me she would refund my order. I never went to the website so I figured they would be in charge of informing me that there was no refund, but basically they told me tough luck. So I had to have them resend it. The gentle man said for your troubles I will add to free cartridge box refills. I had to say ok and have them resend it. Well I finally received the order and I am now waiting for my refills. I called them to ask 2 weeks after I was told i would get the free refills. The woman i spoke to ask for my name i gave it to her then i could hear she was still on the phone and i said hello and she hung up because i guess she got confused. The people who work for this company are just plain dumb idiots. They hang up when they are confused and never get the job done. Do not do buisness with this company!!! They will leave you unhappy and aggrivated dan't make the mistake i did!
