Charged before the 30 day period

I ordered the smoking stick when i received the product i got phone calls every day trying to sell me more cartridges and the full product at a discounted price for a limited time if i would act now, i told the phone representative i wanted to use the product first of which i hadn't even received yet he said it took about 10 days to get it so i waited when it came it was too strong at first but i got used to it the whole process took about two weeks from the time i processed my order before i received it two weeks in my trial period i was banking and noticed SMOKING STICK had already charged my account 59.00 of which i didn't authorized them to do so i didn't have the product two weeks i called and was told by a very aggressive sales guy to return it he would reverse the charges he did 30.00 now i cant get back my other 29.00 Ive been on hold for 30 minutes no one answers what a rip off. Im going to tell all my smoker friends about my experience and encourge them not to do buessiness with SMOKING STICK
