Free trial starter kit SCAM - Optima E Cigs Free Starter Kit

I was offered a FREE starter kit and only to pay S&H of $4.95. I just got notice of a $116.93 payment removed from my account. I did not authorize this. I am disabled, unemployed and barely had that amount of money in my account. I'm so furious about this. I don't even smoke! I got the kit because it was free in hopes that my chain smoking friend would switch to them. I am now in the middle of a dispute with the company and my debit card company trying to get my money refunded. I called the company and spoke with Kevin ext. 209, who repeatedly ignored my statement that the "free" kit was purchased for a friend who I hoped would quit smoking, and that I had absolutely no interest in purchasing any items from him and to remove my account from his system. He kept telling me how many refills he would send me instead, and what a bargain he was giving me. Finally, after practically having to scream for him to acknowledge that I wasn't buying anything, he said he was issuing a return authorization form via email (which I have yet to receive), and that once I receive the refills that they've supposedly already shipped (without my approval), I am to use the RA form to return them for a refund of only around $70! I told him that I wanted all of my money refunded, but he would not bend. I informed him that I will be filing a complaint with the BBB, calling the Attorney General's office to file a complaint and posting negative reviews/complaints anywhere I can regarding this scam. Whatever you do, don't fall for this SCAM!
