The washer I purchased four weeks ago ceased functioning. I named within the assistance assistance, plus they delivered a man (3 nights later) to repair the issue. The one who turned up was From The&E Factory Support. First he explained I'd no protection, since I purchased the machine and dryer 8 years back, to that we stated the versions were not created subsequently, and confirmed him the bill (as evidence of purchase). Following this he used permanently about the telephone using the producer. Additionally they strolled him through the procedure of screening the equipment. After about one hour 5, he claims the circuit-board is broken and must be requested. Therefore he put the purchase, and stated he'd return on Nov-fifth to set up it.

And So I call up today, as no body turns up, plus they inform me he has planned a scheduled appointment for November-12th! And also the best they are able to do is November-1oth! Therefore basically I've been out-of a for over fourteen days today, and also the unresponsive and unhelpful staff (that we might talk to after about 10 moments of store) offered me basically a large mess you...

All I've to express is, that should youare engaging in assistance from these men, work. They're rude, unprofessional, and have no idea the things theyare doing.
