Sold me a laptop computer that was not what I look at or picked out

In Memphis Tn I bought a Laptop Computer that was a pentium 4 and 2GB memory and 260GB hard drive and a 1 year warrenty.

When I got home with it that is not what was in the system. It had only a Pentium 2 processor and 10GB hard drive and 128MB memory and only had a 30 day warrenty. I tried calling the # on my reciept and only got a recording.

This happened on 10-25-09.

I would like to get my money back. If there is anyone that can help me or a lawyer that is interested in this please contact me.
