Sold a Pentium III, but test shows it to be a pentium II ripoff

I purchased this computer in March 1999 and it was sold as a Pentium III 450Mhz. Last week I logged on to Bell South's website about their internet service, their program ran a test on my computer and showed it to have a Pentium II. This is a rip off to many people that purchased this computer thinking it was a Pentium III when it eas not.
