Today I went to a liquidation sale at my local county fairground to look at laptops. I'm a nurse and was looking to get a laptop to start charting that way instead of by hand. I saw a laptop that stated that it had 3Gb RAM, Intell Pentium Dual Core Processor, and 160G hard-drive. I wasn't sure so I called my husband at work and told him all of the specs of the laptop and he told me to buy it because it was a great deal. So I bought the laptop for $360.00 and took it home. Needless to say it wasn't what I was told I was buying. The laptop was 5-6 years old, with a 1GHz Pentium 3 Processor, 512 mb of ram, and came with no paperwork, and not in the original box. So needless to say, it says on the paper work that it is NOT refundable, and there is a 45% restocking charge. So I am stopping payment tomorrow for this laptop and will call and let them know!!! If they want the piece of crap back then they can come and pick it up and my bank will be informed to not make ANY payments to these people EVER!!! DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH... They will take advantage of lone females with limited knowledge of computers!!!
