Ace GSM Cell Phone
Bought a junk phone which doesn't carry a warranty in US - It is a scam. Beware of this company

I bought a Nokia 6500 slider from this company in June. They shipped the phone from China. I have been using this for few months. It has been giving me problems from day one. I was busy travelling so I never had time to talk to them. The phone battery can only last for 15 minutes if you are talking on phone. The call connects only in the 2nd or 3rd attempt whenever I try to make a call. The phone switches off every time I try to receive a call. The phone's back cover falls off every now and then. The problems are endless... I spoke to Nokia USA and they are saying that the phone doesn't carry any warranty in US as it is sold in Europe. I guess it is been made in China to be sold in Europe.

I emailed this company asking to return my money (They gave a phone number and they never take any calls on that). As the case with other complainant on this board, they are saying that I may have misused the phone. I have never misused my phone. I am still talking to them but I don't have any hope of getting anything from them.

I donot want others to go through this harrowing experience. You would be better off not dealing with them.
