Ripoff phone nokia cingula

I went to the Cingular store in Athens to receive a new Motorola Razr phone ($150.00). After speaking with a sales associate for about 30 minutes they had me convinced that the Nokia T720 was a better phone for the money. I purchased the Nokia phone for $150.00.

A few weeks later the phone started to have problems. This is when I found out that this particular phone had software problems. Soon after, Cingular didn't carry the model of phone. My Nokia began to crash. Within days it barely made or received calls, Cingular sold me a piece of crap.

I then went to the Cingular store that I had purchased the phone from, and talked to the same sales associate who sold me the Nokia. She said that I needed to contact Cingular and request that they send me the Motorola Razr. I thought to myself "same price, no problem". So I contacted Cingular wireless to resolve the issue; they wouldn't budge. They sent me a Siemens S66 phone (another of Cingulars discontinued items) of lesser value when the problem was Nokia's not mine. They would not replace my phone with the Motorola of same value. So here I am stuck with a $150.00 phone that I didn't want, and Cingulars poor customer service and idiot sales associates to blame. Thanks Cingular.
