I approached sears regarding my stove that will benot working correctly. I'd exactly the same precise issue withit six months before and also the component was changed at free.in those days I had been informed the component had a-5 year guarantee. After I named on 9/22/09, I spoke to some really rude small guy who explained that I'd need to spend $129 to get a support phone plus components. I told him that was absurd and he explained that this is the means it works. I requested to talk to a boss to try and solve the problem. He explained that it did not matter who I spoke to, the outcomes will be the same. He explained his boss might inform me the same. Then he set me to the client options department. I talked to some woman there who explained the celebration had a-5 year guarantee which I'd not be billed for that phone or even the component.
