We purschased an AC unit from Sears settled $5000.00 money for this device. After for waiting per week to obtain the unit, the man included the incorrect unit. They'd a device for a flat and we reside in a two-story house. Well we'd to hold back another week for that device to reach at our house. This device comes bent and damaged about the journey to our house, they stated, so that they attempt to repair it at our home and had no fortune, it was on the Friday so today they're stating wait until Friday. Oh, I would like to let you know this is within the summertime which is about 100 levels. To help you just imagine how it seems inside. Well we eventually obtain the device deploy and also the first we it stop. We call them back. They have it working again. Fourteen days passes which is out again. Today this device we'd problems with every because we'd it. It's continues three years today and Sears don't wish to keep in touch with us anymore. We've had more than 20 various providers with this device with no one at Sears wish to assist people with this specific scenario. I've been hung-up on, screamed at, and voiced to really rudely plus some of the support documents that I've they don't have any report of these. Please don't purchase any major devices from their store they don't back-up their item. 100% Satisfication is untrue. I questioned many times to get a new device they explained that they'll not do this they'll deliver a technology out. We customers visit Sears since it a title that people trust so we believed. Visit bestbuy or lowes everywhere but sears!!!
