Worst service eve

The caliber of support from SEARS has worsened significantly during the last couple of years.in my opinion I've never had such poor support from any organization in the united states. I've something agreement together, and that I attempt to get my Heat-Pump device set - offered a couple of years ago by SEARS - since Jan! They might not determine what's incorrect using the device about the first visit, and also the sequential appointments they ended and rescheduled currently FIVE TIMES! Their specialist explained confidentially they let go everybody in the area except him, and because he's no idea just how to repair the system they maintain rescheduling and deleting the support phone. Therefore my guidance to everybody - AVOID SEARS.
