Refuse to help unless you renew your contract New Mexcio nationwide

I have tried to get help for 2 phones that are having the same problems and they would only replace 1 phone just to have it do the same problems again. Then told the only way to get help is buy new phones and renew the contract, because they are going to charge me no matter if I am able to use my service or not. They dont want to help there customers they just want to screw them over and keep them prisions in these contracts that they cant even use to the fullest.
