Rip-off!

Beepers N' Phones advertise free phones, yet, they'll do whatever they can to get your money. Once you sign your contract nobody can help if something goes wrong—no refund, no customer service.in my case, T-Mobil gives free phones with one year contract to all customers, regardless of any other reasons. Beepers N' Phones won't honor this policy because they want the phones for themselves, to resell them again.

A guy named Rob will give a smile to rob you (Don't fall to it), and won't help if you come up with any complaints, whatsoever. We just wanted what they advertise and what T-Mobil said is our right. The headquarter won't listen to you either (if John answers the phone, just hang he'll be telling you talk too much) It just represent what Chad did in the Casselberry office, running after me to the parking lot, to tell me to give the free phone back, which I did, thinking he'll work some kind of a deal; well no deal. Don't fall into this trap.

Don't become a victim, you're better off putting a downpayment and get good customer care from direct corporate phone companies.
