Rip off on nights start at 6pm

I placed a very important call at 5:59pm. I thought I would be charged for 1 minute and the rest would be after 6pm and be free included in my night and week end minutes. Nope. I was billed for a 140 minute phone call $46.35 to be exact. I kept wondering why I continued to go over on my minutes thinking that when I placed calls at 5:45pm and such that if I talked a while I would only be docked 15 minutes of my anytime minutes. Now I know this is not explained clearly, so they can continue to rip you off if you don't know better. Anyone else had this happen, or am I having a blonde moment? I can say that after asking to speak to a supervisor only then did they reverse the charge.
