Sprint pcs riped me off and they will rip you off too!!!

Sprint screwed me for hundreds of $ and robed me of 1,000nds of minutes. I bought my phone in Lake Station, IN. Wanted a Alabama prefix so my mom and girlfriend could call me as a local number, besides that's where I live.

Had to go through U.S. Unwired (an affiliate) to activate it in Alabama. They sucked. Then they merged with "Sprint" which took away 1,000 minutes a month from what I had went 645 minutes over the first month @ $. 25 a minute for 190 min. And $. 39 a min for 455 min., *4 for remaining minutes wouldn't work. Raised the price of my plan by $25 a month, for 500 minutes less than I had in the first place. On top of all that I can't even get a signal where I live. Always a wait for cust. Service up to 2 hours. Calls constantly droped. SPRINT JUST PLAIN SUCKS!!!

SprintPCS screwed me again!!! The *4 Talk feature told me I had Over 450 minutes left of anytime minutes, and Over 1,300 minutes of Night and Weekend minutes. My web minutes come out of my plan minutes. It proceeded to tell me I was Over on my minutes by 88 minutes. I called cust. Serv. To be told that I had used all of my anytime minutes and exceeded them by 88 minutes. 83 minutes of Web minutes @ 39 cents per minute for $ 32.37, and 5 minutes of voice @ 35 cents per minute for $ 1.75. A total of $ 34.12 on top of the $ 110.00 a month bill all because the * 4 service does not tell you the truth about how many minutes you have used and how many you have left. Now here we go again another week I can't use my phone beacause their service lies and tricks you into exceeding the plan minutes to pump up your bill.

SPRINTPCS USED THE EVENTS WHICH TOOK PLACE IN NEW YORK AND WASHINGTON D.C. AS AN EXCUSE FOR THEIR LOUSY SERVICE!!! Is there anyone stupid enough to believe that 2 buildings in N.Y. And 1 in D.C. Would adversly affect phone service on a national scale. SprintPCS should be ashamed of their actions, using a national tragedy as an excuse for poor management on their part.

I have a lot of money tied up in my Sprint PCS Phone, but I hope to keep others from falling into their trap. When I find another service I plan to discontinue my service and to never give Sprint any money ever again.

Latest news is Customer service will tell you that the *4 feature will not work if you're on a plan with wireless web. And I hear that they are going to start charging for use of the *4 feature so you use up your minutes to call and find out how many minutes you have left (which will be incorrect anyways).

So if you want to find out your remaining minutes you have to call customer service. Aside from all that there is a dead spot the size of Germany in the upper mid west, where you will get no signal at all.
