Manchester NH Rude and Poor csutomer service

Over the past two years I have bought and paid off a washer and dryer. Just prior to my final payment my washer machine broke and I called the Manchester NH store to inform them, the washer was still under warranty and covered by Aaron's they informed me that service could not be scheduled until the 13th and I asked for a loaner they did give me a non comparable loaner that was damaged upon arrival and needs to be jiggled to work. This all occurred in the beginning of January I still do not have my washing machine, and it is Feb 23 I have no definitive answer on what was wrong how long the repairs are covered under warranty and have never had such poor customer service in my life. I have been a loyal customer to Aarons and after this experience not only will I not be back but I will not recommend this to anyone. I will be writing a letter to corporate as well as the better business bureau and posting to every blog or electronic and store review website I can find and warn others of the abhorrent customer service and the lack of respect employees give to their clients. You would think in this economy Aarons would want to retain its customers and not alienate them
