AKA (RIP OFF BROTHERS) Doubled charged our credit card. Never gave us a invoice. Missed Appointments

Geek Brothers is unproffesional. We wanted to network our computers. We called them they came out 2 hours late. Gave me a verbal qoute. Doubled Charged our credit card. Never gave us a invoice nor-receipt for the 170.00. They charged 370.00 and we never got a recipt for that either.

We asked for a reverse of the money and they never returned our call it took me texting him and he finally got back saying the job is not worth his time and he will do a full REFUND it took 2 weeks for the credit and they only credited 170.00 nothe the full amount. We had to pay for there mistake.

Business beware these guys are very shady and will debit your money and run business beware Matt is a crook and a liar dont trust him or GEEK BROTHERS they will ruin your computers and give you pirated microsoft.

We hired the geek squad to handel all our networking.
