Ordered 2 DVD's online 3 weeks ago, no response, no DVD's, just an e-mail confirming my orde

I ordered "The Legend of Billy Jean" and "Rad" on DVD from this company, got billed and no DVD's as of yet. Contacted them and recieved nothing. This is obviously a scam, think I can contest these charges on my credit card?
