Contacted Tech-Support numerous times about cancelling my account as I only used it for liek 10 minutes after signing up for the free trial period and seen how bogus they were.

After numerous e-mails back and forth the tech representitive lead me to believe my account was going to be closed and I wasn't going to be charged anything, here a month later they tack a bill for $39.95 onto my fiances credit card and put her card -$40.00.

If you log onto the site, it has no options for closing the account and if you use your memeber name to log in, if you click on 'contact us' it just takes you to the home page and you can get nothing accomplished which is why i contacted tech support via e-mail. Anywho,

About 3 weeks ago I closed down my Excite account and todsay I seen the charge and they have not gotten back to me and I think it is wrong and they are theives and liars.

Remember Don't let them get away with it! Make sure theymake the consumer complaints. The more Reports filed on a Company or individual, the more likely it is that the authorities, media and attorneys will want to take action.
