Did not receive medication that I ordered online. My credit card was charged $215.00

On 4/18/07 I placed an order online with Best-medz.com (Order # 1057000763) My credit card was immediately billed $215.00.

On 5/2/07 I contacted customer service regarding the status of my order. A representative stated to me it was shipped on 4/30/07. This was the only time I was able to get in touch with a representive.

Today is 5/22/07 and I still have not received my medication.

The phone number provided on the webesit no longer works. When attempting to contact them via email, I receive a generic response saying they will "read my email with maximum attention, and within 48 hours we will send to you a suitable response".

My bank statement shows the billing company as rxpharmacysales.com. I can not find any contact information for them either but their website allowed me to view a summary of the order and they have my home address as being in Alaska. I live in New Jersey.
