Sold me a dud bluetooth headset and said if it doesn't work return to manufacture

It looks like all GSMmonster.com sales is defective merchandise that's supposed to be new. I read the return policy after I had placed my order for the bluetooth headset and I tried to cancel my order right away, but no one responded. I was hoping everything would be okay, but it wasn't. The bluetooth never worked from the beginiing and the return policy stated all sales were final and if there's a problem send it to the manufacturer. I should've checked the return policy first. Beware of these scums and and anybody that has a return policy like that. I've learned to check the return policy first before purchasing else on line and Google the company name to see what comes up.
