Best Buy Return Policy ripp off San Diego California

Ecently purchased a GPS from best buy. Was told it had bluetooth tried to return in original packaging the next day and they want to charge me 15% to restock. I explained the sales person told me the device had bluetooth, even brought the person with me that verified the story. I asked to speak to a manager and the person in customer service lied and said the manager was not there today, i saw a guy walking in the store and asked if he was a manager, he told me yes but would not help me either. He told me the policy was on the back of my receipt and my response was it is baloney to print a policy after the purchase in made and that policy should be explained to anyone purchasing an item at the store.

I also brought a price from SAMS Club for the model i wanted (with bluetooth) to see if they would just match it and i would buy from them but they wouldn't do that either. After just a little research i found out they were deceiving customers with a fake intranet website so this does not surprise me that they are just big ripp off artists with no concern about customer service. Don't ever buy anything at best buy they are a big ripp off.
