I bought a joke gift for my nephew and also the item was faulty. Their site plainly says their reimbursement plan: 'you have to get yourself a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) just before returning anything.' I supplied my order quantity plus they never replied to my request. I delivered 5 emails over a period of time of just one month without any response. The organization isn't to become respected.
