Ack on November 11 I requested product t0267 "automotive instant back-up movie", like a present, the system don't function, I named Device Universe and was informed to deliver it back to get a return. At that time I put my purchase (online) I had been informed that it'd be free three-day shipping, I obtained the system THREE WEEKS LATER and was billed $14.95 for that free shipping. One-month after I delivered the item I named Device Universe and have about my reimbursement I had been informed they we are sorry for that wait, but that I'd be getting a sign in three to five times,
