I requested what I thought to be a little trial-size of the item for that delivery cost of $1.95. The include mentioned it was a totally free test and also the only cost could be shipping. The first advertisement stated nothing about getting your Credit for that item cost of $87.62, should you didn't stop within 2 weeks. Upon locating the cost on my Credit, I instantly named the organization to stop anything and was informed I'd been already sent another item for another cost of $87.62. I told the client service representative. Used to do not need something which I'd not really exposed the very first "free" test. I had been directed to attend before next item came after which return them equally to get a complete refund. I had been provided an order-id# along with a termination #. I had been also emailed directions for returning the merchandise. I delivered them both licensed, return-receipt requested email. I've a closed verification they obtained these products. Which was on 11/12/09. It's today 12/22, and that I have nevertheless not gotten my reimbursement. I called the client service department. Again and questioned why I'd not obtained the reimbursement, and was informed that I really could not obtain a refund about the first item delivered, since I didn't contact inside the 2 weeks, and they had prepared the refund for that second one on 11/23. The reimbursement hasn't proven on my Credit record. After I informed her this, she stated there is nothing she might do, that it's been prepared and that I would need to contact my charge card business. After I informed her I had been educated from the repetition. I spoke towards the very first time, that I'd be returned, she just stated he was incorrect and that I wouldn't be. DON'T purchase something out of this organization - save your self lots of suffering. Their reimbursement plan on the site also claims that they can matter a complete refund within thirty days if you should be unhappy using the item. I named them on 10/29 and was within that thirty days.
