Bad service

Terrible support! I requested a PC game to become delivered like a present to some pal offshore and taken care of 'convey' delivery. Got a confirmation mail however CD Universe chose to maintain my purchase for telephone approval of the tackle WITHOUT INFORMING ME. Discovered this months later after I named the buddy and found he'd not gotten his present. Named CD Universe and was guaranteed the product might deliver out 24 hours later. THREE MONTHS later it's nevertheless not delivered.

It's currently per month 5 since I have initially put the purchase. I quit. I've purchased another backup of the overall game from the various vendor and certainly will never use CD Universe again.
