Bad customer service

I purchased a satellite LNB (the obtaining device) online from Satmaximum.com. Based on the explanation on the website it's for that satellite Universe 3c that we view. Nevertheless when I obtained the system it generally does not function - its consistency isn't for Galaxy 3c. After I named to come back the system they declare it's the correct one and WOn't recognize their error on the site. They've a number reimbursement plan therefore don't purchase material from their store since you don't understand if it'll perform or not.
