What I acquired was an overall total of 4 of those phony devices for whole of $79.80, delivery costs of $63.75, along with a $9.95 recipe collection cost. I named the Business's 1-800 number and talked using the rudest person living (Faye) and informed her used to do not purchase this next and next device, she told me I should have since the company delivered it in my experience, right? I simply wished to return these and obtain a reimbursement of the equipment $39.90 and also the delivery $31.87 and also the $9.95 for that dishes. She stated good, but no reimbursement about the delivery costs. After I requested to consult with a boss, she claimed no, she was managing my issue. I kept insisting on talking to a boss, and he or she began to jeopardize me with holding up. This isn't the best way to conduct business! They've my cash for a product used to do not purchase plus they are declining to pay me for shipping that product they delivered to me in error. Plus they are informing me to deliver them back at OUR cost. Just how much of my cash are they looking to get from me??? Why must I be disciplined for anything they did. Is that this how they create their cash? Cheating the general public. Oh, and that I was NEVER ready to talk to a boss, and Faye just got ruder about the telephone. This can be a rip off. BEWARE, don't purchase the product, you may be their next target. They're earning money of innocent clients.
