Never purchase from Sears! I purchased a Kenmore Gas hot water heater this past year and a week ago the container smashed flooding our cellar. After hrs of calls towards the outstanding Sears customer support centre, they ultimately decided to deliver somebody out and confirm the heater was poor? It was not that problematic for my 8-year old to verify that water was flowing in the base of the system! After 2 units the exceptional service-man established it had been poor, after which passed me a statement for $200. After that it got them 3 times to displace the poor device, which charge me $35 bucks. Therefore following this I've invested one more $3000 to repair the harm due to the ton in my own cellar! I've usually bought devices from Sears, but WOn't try it again later on. They do not worry about their custmers, as well as their 24-hour support division is run with a couple of fools. Defeat the Sears indication and phone it what it's... Kmart!!!
