I ordered an item specifically in RED color and got something else.
Tried to contact them through rma@sizzletwist.com and to info@sizzletwist.com. - NADA nobody answers. Even through voice mails and other number that Paypal gave me - this company do not have any customer support, but they know very well to charge you and send you something else (or whatever is in their stock)
