Used Cellphone Crooks Are Ripping People Off!

I sent these guys two cellphones to be exchanged for cash. Your not required to send the charges, but out of the goodness of my heart I did.

I waited and waited and the date that they were supposed to send the cash passed so I called. Only when I called did Michael tell me that one of the phones could not be activated because it was still part of my phone plan and that HE HAD NOT RECEIVED the other. He then went to say "o, it was misplaced."

At this point I'm like "just send me my phones back." He then told me that I would need to send a self postage marked envelope for the return of my phones. AND that was close to 2 months ago. I sent the envelope and inclosed a letter from my lawyer stating the situation and what we would do if we did not get my phones back. ALL I WANT IS MY PHONES BACK.

One of the phones was a Motorala Red Razor w / charger. The other was a Sanyo VI2300.
