Bait and switch, told me one amount for my phones then said they werent going to pay me

I was quoted a certain amount of money for my cellphones that this company was going to purchase from me. They said they would pay for the phones to be shipped to them, they sent an envelope with not nearly enough postage. I had to spend $5 extra, to send my phone to this company. Then after receiving my phones they said they were garbage. Which they are not. There own terms and conditions said phones must have no water damge which they dont, the phones must turn on, which they do, and have no LCD cracks, which they do not! Complete bait and switch! Now they want me to pay more money to send them an envelope so they can send my phones, back even though they said on there website they would send them back if they didnt meet there terms and conditions. Also on there website it states *100% satisfaction guarenteed*

I just want to be paid for my phones like they stated they would.
