Cell For Cash
RMS Communications Took my phones but now... No money, no phones!

In July when I switched cell carriers, I decided to use a route I had many times before and trade my two Blackberry's into Cell For Cash to get some cash back on them. I went through the same channels I had before (back in 2003 or so) and they sent me the required materials to box my phones and send them to them. I had no reason to worry when they were very prompt in sending me an email on 7/21 to let me know they had received my phones and they verified them on 7/22. I know that they hold checks for 45 days for payment, so I waited. I started getting a bit worried when the end of August came and I still hadn't heard from them with an estimated date for the check to be cut. It's now 9/18 and I've sent THREE emails about this (8/21,9/1, and 9/9) and even gone so far as to threaten action with the BBB in the third email. Still, I've received NO response from the company. No emails from ANYONE associated with them at all.
