$400 early termination fee when they could not make service work

After 5 service calls, DirecTV could not make my TV work. They wanted to schedule a sixth service technician. I told them no way. Tired of staying home and waiting for them. They are trying to collect a $400 early termination fee, even though they can't make the service work reliably. I guess they expect me to give them unlimited tries at troubleshooting while I go without service.
