I purchased a tv and i was told i would recieve $200.00 rebate. But instead i have a piece of paper that has printed $200.00 ripoff. From the NFL. The sales rep at best buy and NFL promotion are very misleading

I had purchesed a 52" flat screen, thinking i was geting a good deal because i was told their would be a $200.00 rebate from the samsung/NFL promotion.instead i recieved a $200.00 ripoff certificate for some web site that sells nothing of value except dust collectors that has no value. Buyer beware of the NFL promotion, if it sounds to good to be true. Its probably a scam that we the consumer will lose and the big NFL will profit from it.
