Wrong deduction from A/c balance

On time of 21-12-08 Airtel subtracted a amount of Rs. 5/-. Sameday I've obtained a msg that "profile manager support on airtel live. You've been activated for that next seven days and priced Rs. 5"

But I don't utilize any support on airtel live. Therefore in my own substantial, it's the poor method to withhold rupes. I've previously protest same-day (21-12-08) morning. My protest no is. 965200, protest recd.By omiya pradhan (w. B - bengal customer support centre).

Today again i talk to sindhri ghosal (bengal client service centre) & she don't any cause with this reduction, when I donot use this company. Last she claims that, it's not refundable.

Below my problem is, this formalite of the/d stability reduction RIGHT OR WRONG. Easily doing make use of this support, then okay... But below i donot use this profile manager. & withhold from my a/d.

Thus in my view airtel is extremely very bad company.
