Mr. Wireless has a new name, it is WirelessStore USA. But they are still up to the same thing as before. I bought a phone from them in Dec tha they said was "New, never used, not refubished". When i got it it did not work, a Verizon tech told me it was a refurbished phone and when the past users info was erased they also erased some imprtant files from the phone that make it recognize the network. It also came with a quickstart guide fron Asurion insurance services which is a cell phone insurance company. So beware of Mr. WIreless or WirelessStoreUSA on Ebay, they are not selling what they claim to be! I will update my report after I have contacted the seller with their response to my problem.
