Warranty Issue

I delivered repairtech a light to get a Sony projector that we purchased a guarantee for 3 light replacements. They obtained the light on November 12 (nearly 3 months before) and that I have yet in order to obtain any info regarding my state except they acquired it. Each time I contact the 'methods' are down plus they cannot take a look at my info or they move me to a different quantity by which I obtain a voicemail that will be never delivered. Voicemails and emails go unanswered. The e-mail I obtained using the directions on the best way to obtain the alternative stated that a brand new light could be delivered within 3-5 buiness times of getting the previous one. We're currently focusing on nearly 14 business days since that. I'd never purchase another guarantee out of this organization! I'd rather purchase the lights at $250 an item than cope with this horrible organization again

They've undoubtedly the toughest customer support of any organization I Have ever endured to cope with!!
