Eturned and replacement not delivered

I requested the Instyler for my daughter, one on her plus one for myself. Among the instylers did not function and that I named and was handed a return quantity. I shipped it back, at my price, and had to contact the organization 6 months later to discover why I'dnot obtained the brand new one. Then they delivered me a different one which didn't function and that I called them again. While this 1 was delivered, again at my price, I acquired a confirmation delivery. Again I never obtained a brand new one. I named and was informed they didn't get the one I delivered and that I was online while I had been talking to the consultant and informed her, yes you did, it had been obtained at your company on August 28. Then she explained they'd send my fresh instyler out instantly and that I might have it in seven days. Well I'm today about the telephone using the organization plus they have explained that they're considering this. I've request to consult with the boss and am waiting. I had been placed on store for 4 mins. I'll never purchase out of this organization again. I've yet to obtain any fulfillment.
