Product Never Delivered / Company Unresponsive

I'd never suggest by using this organization to anybody. After putting an order three months out and being guaranteed (up to your day before my occasion) that my item might appear promptly, it never came - the organization stated there is an issue with delivery from international. Ok, therefore these things happen. I thought I really could simply send the party favors out following the occasion. Not perfect, but I really could cope with it. What's worse is the fact that it's today more than 4 months past my occasion, and that I still don't have any party favors. I also provide no info whatsoever about the standing of my purchase or anticipated delivery despite numerous emails and calls towards the organization. The organization continues to be totally unresponsive. After I get a contact reply, it's they wll phone me quickly - per week moves, and that I never notice something more. They charged my charge card your day I put the purchase also (7 months before at this time), not once the item was created and prepared to be delivered out. I still have no idea if it'll actually appear. After months of disappointment, I emmailed nowadays to stop my purchase - we will observe how long it requires to obtain it.
