Yes, their site support live person chat, which you could get after endless clicks through the Chat click link (if you do not give up they expect you to do so). Finely, when I got a live person, it was get even worth. They don't care about their offers and clients. If you don't want to except extra charge, then cancel your order. Even complaints to Consumer Protection and Better Business bureau don't impact them! I would suggest anyone to skip business with them and use free PC calls as Yahoo Messenger or window.
