Should have known. $19 a year!!! To good to be true, and it is. Bought the jack last May. It worked great for 4 weeks. STOPPED working June 4th. I went on there chat for 2 months to get it to work. Tryed everything. Nothing. Will not work. I have a lot of patience.
They talked me into a replasement Aug 18th. I sent it back the day I got the new one in the mail. I was going to get $39.99 credit HA! They sent it back to me 3 1/2 weeks later, refused been opened stamped on it. Then I knew I was had it was passed the return time of 10 days. They wouldn't help fix the situation eather. It's been anouther 2 months 5 hours at a time to get it to work, nothing. They tryed to have me call the Gateway Co. That it was there falt. They really have me where they wont me. My money anyway. If there is a class action aginst them count me in. They must have millions by now. Laughing all the way to the bank. $19 a year, that sounds to good to be true.
