Cricket No One To Speak to!

Omg! I have had my phone with no complaints really, no more then usual with any company but this week has been awful with my service. I live in the middle of my calling area but yet my signal keep failing. Its ridiculous. I have to dial back 6 times to carry on 1 sentence. Then to complain, well there isnt anywhere you can complain so they can... Like maybe fix it or look into it. Then my second complaint is my daughter just moved into her own place and has her own cricket phone but had it turned off a few months ago and wanted me while she was at work to call and see if she or I could turn it back on. Well gheeeee wiz guess what there is no one to ask that question to. Through all the menues and buttons i still wind up losen signal, wo which my phone is fully charged and i have 5 bars so its not me, and when i do press there dang 4 for what i want i get sent to some mailbox and they want me to leave a voice mail. What the heck, i need to speak with someone now not in 2 days. The way gas is and i live in the middle of nowhere i guess just to ask a simple question they want any1 to go way out of there way to just ask a question but yet they sure dont do the same for there customers. I am so irritaed right now. I love Cricket because finacially its exceptable to us but there service in everyway really goes becomed stinking. It just reeks of pooooo... I would like to know after reading so many complaints of this company how they can continue to be like this. Who is suppose to step in and fix this and who is the head honcho that lets all these complaints continue without doing anything about it. I dont get it.
