Worst customer service i have ever had

The following is one thing she said in a coversation i had with a sales chat on cricket.com
me: i have been trying to get a hold of someone at your company for the last hour why doesnt anyone answer?
Christine: if your calling our stores we dont answer the phone
we would rather have money in front of us then waste our time giving a price over the phone.
Can you believe this!!!
When i responded to this i said are you serious thats horrible customer service let me talk to a supervisor on chat she said.
Christine: talking to a supervisor isnt going to get the phone answered
you obviously have nothing better to do then get on here and complain to me about people not answering the phone.
Cricket will not have my money!!! Ever
